Welcome to a workshop that supports the development of mindfulness, yoga, and expressive movement. This workshop will focus on teaching mindfulness techniques, yoga, and combine it with some simple movement that is both healing and light hearted. Dress comfortably, and expect nothing except a sense of dropping your stresses away. An especially good workshop if you have been feeling anxious, tired, worn out, and are ready to relax!
