Join grief counselor Mara Petrick from VNA Health Bereavement Care in a welcoming space to share and reflect (to your comfort) about grief or loss that's most present for you.
This grief support group is for loss of a person/ people important to you, offering a compassionate, non-judgmental space. Our time together will integrate basic mindfulness practices and other strategies to support connection, acknowledgement, and self kindness while navigating a loss(es).
