Collaboration with Barbara Rose Sherman, Trained Mindfulness Facilitator through the UCLA Semel Institute for Neuroscience Human Behavior and a UCLA Mindful Awareness Practices Affiliated Teacher.

In this class you will learn and perform several mindfulness practices, including mindfulness meditation, that will enable you to reduce your stress level and become more present. This class is a combination of lecture, discussion, and practice. Regular mindfulness practice increases benefits to the mind and body. These benefits include cultivating calm, clarity, joy, and self-compassion.
