This workshop will focus on teaching mindfulness techniques, yoga, and combine it with some simple movement that is both healing and light hearted. Dress comfortably, and expect nothing except a sense of dropping your stresses away. An especially good workshop if you have been feeling anxious, tired, worn out, and are ready to relax!
